Kathy Banak, a Seattle area interior design and color consultant and president of Authentic Home, Ltd., has added 15 new colors to her line of premium interior paint: Authentic Home COLOR Paint™. The paint line is divided into three vignettes: Elegant, Playful, and Serene. Five new colors have been added to each vignette, totaling 60 colors in the line. Banak’s West Seattle COLOR bar is an inviting store front where customers can play with the paints and experiment with color combinations. All 60 colors are displayed in 10-inch squares on the wall of the COLOR bar, which Banak frequently rearranges to showcase beautiful amalgamations. “The COLOR bar is what inspired me to create these new colors,” explained Banak. “They are extensions of the three pallets and have been created in response to our clients’ demands.” Authentic Home COLOR paints come in three finish options: Matte – a flat finish; Buffed – a durable eggshell luster; and Polished – a semi-gloss finish.
