Art Deco Condo Transformation
/While receiving a new stucco facade, the tenants of this landmark West Seattle condo building decided it was also time for a color change. The coral and turquoise was outdated and they wanted a fresh, up-to-date look that reflected the Art Deco architecture and style while keeping with the beach location. Authentic Home COLOR Paint™ in Parisian Blue and Sky were selected for the front exterior colors, while Pewter paint was selected as a muted color for the building’s sides. To accent it all in lively style, Lime paint was used as a bright balcony accent.
