Exterior Presence
/This new construction project was located in an upscale city neighborhood. The exterior paint goal was to highlight the beautiful Northwest architecture while maximizing street appeal for potential buyers. The Authentic Home COLOR Paint™ in Pewter was selected for the body color on all materials in order to deliver a cohesive look and make the home appear as large as possible. To accent, Champagne paint was used on the trim and the door was painted in warm Brick as a much needed focal point.
